75 Years of Innovation
The story of Alvenius began with Johan Alvenius, an entrepreneur with remarkable
vision and drive. After a trip to Germany in the late 1940s, he identified the potential of irrigation technology and laid the foundation for what would become a globally recognized industrial company.
In a small workshop on Rademachergatan in Eskilstuna, the first couplings were assembled by hand. What started as craftsmanship soon evolved into industrial-scale production built on innovation, quality, and reliability.
Since 1951, Alvenius has delivered lightweight, flexible, and durable piping systems to the mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors worldwide. From Swedish mining operations to coffee plantations in Brazil, our solutions have created value both above and below ground.
